With summer here we are all ready to go strutting down the beach and work on that perfect tan. This is great cardio and it will provide you with what you are going to need to burn the right amount of calories. In order to do this right know what type of shoes you should be wearing.

Stability Shoes

These are the average types of shoes that you need to be running in. Nike, Reebok, and New Balance are some of the more popular ones that you are going to want to look at. Just make sure that you find them in the right size and that it is going to provide your feet with the best support and to absorb the shock of the cement.

Trail Shoes

If you prefer to run along trails and dirt roads than you are going to need to buy the special trail running shoes. These are going to protect your feet from the rocks, sticks, and the bumpy roads. These will help to avoid any injuries that might be caused.

Barefoot Shoes

These are the more modern shoes that you are able to get your hands on and at first glance you will be quite taken aback. These barefoot running shoes fit like gloves over your feet and toes and are made with special material that is not thick – but it is going to absorb all of the shock that comes with running on the cement and dirt roads.
