Losing weight is something that many of us agree to doing – but how many of us are actually able to stick with it? When you make the decision to lose weight you are committing yourself to eating the foods that are good for you and to work out so that your will be burning the fat away. None of these things are easy – but it helps to find the best way to accomplish the end goal.

For most people exercising is the worst part for them. They have a hard time trying to push themselves to do push ups or to walk on the treadmill for 45 minutes every day. It can get very boring and when that happens we lose interest and will give up all together. That is why you need to try something brand new and revolutionary.

Pilates is not a new method and it is growing in popularity every day. In fact many gyms will offer their own Pilates classes for beginners and for people who are more advanced in it. This is similar to Yoga – but it is so much more. It is the one work out regimen that is going to literally work out every area of the body at one time.

Each move that you do is going to help increase your stability while at the same time trying to tone up the muscles in your arms and legs to make them stronger and also leaner. It does what strength training and cardio does on its own. The good thing is though that you only have to do it for about 30 minutes every day.

Understand that the first time that you do this you are going to feel very out of shape and not at all limber for the moves. However, there are so many other health benefits of Pilates that would make this just too good to pass up. Give it a try and see if this is an exercise that you will be happy to stick with.
