Kids love to be able to spend some time outdoors as long as it isn’t too hot. It allows them to explore their imaginations and pretend they are in a strange land exploring it for the first time. It also allows them to run off any pent up energy that they might have. It is no wonder that they love to camp.

The one thing that kids hate about camping is the food that we often cook for them. Normal campers will bring along dried nuts and beans. These are easy to carry and don’t take very long to prepare – but they aren’t appetizing. Instead cook them something they can enjoy.

Hamburgers And Hot Dogs

Every kids loves to have a hamburger or hot dog for lunch and dinner. You can easily bring along a small grill that you can use to cook them on and a cooler to keep everything in. On the side you can have BBQ beans or potato chips.

Pizza

Fruits

For snacks remember to bring along some apple slices and grapes. These are easy to store and your kids will love them.

S’mores
