Ginseng

This is another common herb that helps to increase blood flow, energy, testosterone levels, and will lift a woman’s mood.

Damiana

This herb will help to relax the body by creating a feeling of mild euphoria. In this way it can reduce the anxiety and stress in a woman and put them in the right mood.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is not an herb. In fact many of us will use this for cooking or other healthful benefits. What many people do not know is that it can also be used to improve sexual health – but in a different way. Older woman may have troubles during sexual intercourse and will use expensive lubricants. Improve sexual health with coconut oil by creating a very safe and natural lubricant.
