Acne is a skin condition that will usually appear on a person’s face. However, it is possible for some people to have these pimples in some other places that can include their arms, legs, and back. People who have back acne often find them hard to get rid of and very uncomfortable. If having them on the face was hard enough to deal with trying to get rid of them on your back is even worse. While it is hard for you to see them everyone else gets a good view when you wear a bathing suit other more open shirts.

But just because they might be hard for us to see doesn’t mean that they cannot be treated. There are steps that we can take which will help to reduce the acne and if done on a regular basis could put a stop to it. Some of these more common natural acne solutions are easy for anyone to do and do not require the use of creams or medicines that will cost you hundreds of dollars.

The best thing that you could do is to buy anti-bacterial soap and wash your back twice a day. Do not wash any more then this because it will irritate the skin and eventually cause it to dry out. After exercising or being outside for a long period of time you will want to take a shower immediately to prevent the sweat from clogging up your pores and trapping all of the oils and germs into the skin.

Another great method to use is the process of exfoliation. This should be done once a week and works to remove the skin cells that are dead. All of the skin that is on your back is much thicker then that on your face – which is why exfoliating will not damage it like it can with some people who use it on their face. You will need to find the right type of exfoliator that will work well with you. Make sure that it helps to remove the skin cells – but not irritate your skin at the same time.

The clothes that you wear can greatly affect back acne and the severity of it. Make sure that you clean all of your towels, bed sheets, shirts, bras, and anything else that will come into contact with your back. You need to remove the bacteria that could be on them and which will worsen the acne.
